Give box everywhere in Lyon for objects free

Giving box immersed in several districts of Lyon since december 2016. It’s a initiative This is the initiative of the association Sahring boxes exists presented in the Lyon Clean Up Day, at the Environmental this saturday october 7th.

For threee years, Stephanie had been leading the project of creating donation, boxes, book boxes.

Now, this association has two objectifs:

- accompany people who want to build a box in their neighborhoond, their school, their company, university, in public places or private places objects for free.

- to create a network between all these boxes because they are all individual initiatives, isolated.

The idea is « to make known this initiative so that in a few years, people can find boxes everywhere, that we exchange many more objects freely and free » says Stéphanie.

There are different boxes to share:

• the box to read for the bouqins

• boxes of seeds for small seeds that can also be called

• boxes for qall objects of the daily for example in half of the cases are the books and other : cv, dvd, dishes….

One goal: « to serve people where we are more useful »

The association organizes workshops:

• For individuals, there are individual accompanying appointments

• workshops from time to time as the next « To create your Giving box in your neighborhood » on october 25 at the house of Circula Economy in the first district in Lyon

• For professionals who want to supervise group to do it, people, neighbors or employees.

The site of the association is being created but it provides a map showing where all the shared boxes are located.
